HPIL Holding Announces Plan of Merger
SAGINAW, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/15 -- HPIL Holding (the "Company") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that on May 27, 2015, HPIL Holding (the "Company") entered into a Plan of Merger (the "Plan of Merger") with its six wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, the "Subsidiaries" and, each individually a "Subsidiary"), HPIL HEALTHCARE Inc., HPIL ENERGYTECH Inc., HPIL WORLDFOOD Inc., HPIL REAL ESTATE Inc., HPIL GLOBALCOM Inc., and HPIL ART&CULTURE Inc. In accordance with the Plan of Merger, all shares of each Subsidiary will be canceled and each Subsidiary will merge with and into the Company and cease to exist, with the Company remaining as the sole surviving entity. The main objective behind the Plan of Merger is to streamline operating efficiencies.
