Griffin Structures, Inc. Relocates Corporate Headquarters

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffin Structures, Inc., the award-winning program and construction management firm, recently relocated its corporate offices to Irvine from Laguna Beach. “We’ve been fortunate to have experienced significant growth over the past three years. As our client base has expanded, our staff of seasoned program and construction project managers has grown to continue to provide the high level of professional services that Griffin is known for in the industry,” said Roger Torriero, CEO of Griffin Structures. “Our Laguna Beach offices served us well for over fifteen (15) years and we look forward to continued growth and expansion at our new Irvine location.” Griffin Structures also maintains a Northern California office in Santa Clara.

Recently completed park projects include the award-winning 86-acre Lake Forest Sports Park and Marina Park in Newport Beach, which includes a seaside park, community sailing center and a visitor’s marina. Griffin is currently managing several public facilities projects including the 200,000 square foot Anaheim Convention Center expansion, the Huntington Beach Senior Center and Los Angeles County’s Quartz Hill Library, a unique Public-Private Partnership. Also, projects scheduled to break ground in 2016 include; a 55-acre, $35 million Placer Valley Sports Complex in Roseville, California and the new Library for the City of Half Moon Bay in partnership with the County of San Mateo.

Griffin serves as the Owners’ Representative in order to provide oversight in planning, design and construction of projects for non-profit, private sector and municipalities including: city halls, community centers, parks, public safety and fire headquarters, parking structures and libraries. Griffin represents the interests of its clients to ensure that projects are delivered on budget and on schedule. Griffin also provides strategic services such as needs assessment and financial feasibility analysis, and has the proven ability to structure, successfully implement and deliver public-private partnerships.
