MIAMI, Nov. 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq: GSM) announced that its Board of Directors on November 4, 2015 declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share payable on December 23, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2015.
