Four Springs Capital Trust Appoints Peter S. Reinhart to Its Board of Trustees

LAKE COMO, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Four Springs Capital Trust today announced that it has appointed Peter S. Reinhart to its Board of Trustees.

Mr. Reinhart, the current Director and Specialist Professor of the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University, previously served for thirty-three years in senior management roles at Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: HOV), a Fortune 500 real estate company. While at Hovnanian Mr. Reinhart served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for 28 years and served on its Board of Directors for 18 years. Mr. Reinhart is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Meridian Health Corporation, and is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Meridian Hospital Corporation. Mr. Reinhart is also the current Chairman of New Jersey Future, the leading land use policy organization in New Jersey. He is the past President of the New Jersey Builders Association, was appointed by two governors as a member of the Council on Affordable Housing and the Site Improvement Advisory Board, and was a member of the Real Estate Task Force of New Jersey Governor Whitman’s Economic Master Plan Commission. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Rutgers Camden Law School with Honors.
