Four Graduates from The John Marshall Law School Named to Prestigious Young Lawyers List

The accomplishments of four graduates from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago have been highlighted in the 2015 edition of "40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch." The selection committee for Law Bulletin Publishing Co. received more than 1,000 nominations this year. Recipients were chosen based on career achievements, hard work and contributions to their communities.
The John Marshall alumni honored were:
• Thomas M. Comstock ('02) of Hall Prangle & Schoonveld, one of the top young medical malpractice defense lawyers in Chicago
• Eva M. Kogut ('01) of Beermann Pritikin Mirabelli Swerdlove, a busy and respected family law specialist cited for her litigation skills as well as mediation and collaborative skills and legal writing
• Manish Mehta ('06) of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, an intellectual property specialist lauded for his ability to successfully tackle IP issues in a broad range of technologies and industries, also a leader and past president with the Indian American Bar Association of Chicago
• Marvet Sweis ('11) of Levin & Perconti, where she is director of intake and case management and is credited with quadrupling the firm's number of clients
