NEW YORK, July 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC (NYSE: FTAI) (the "Company") plans to announce its financial results and dividend for the second quarter 2015 after the closing of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, August 11, 2015. A copy of the press release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of the Company's website, www.ftandi.com.

In addition, management will host a conference call on August 12, 2015 at 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time. The conference call may be accessed by dialing 1-855-548-8666 (from within the U.S.) or 1-412-455-6183 (from outside of the U.S.) ten minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call; please reference "FTAI Second Quarter Earnings Call."
