Former TENAM Corporation President Pleads Guilty in US Federal Court

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On Monday of this week, Vadim Mikerin, former President of TENAM Corporation, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Daren Condrey, former President of TLI shipping company, and Boris Rubishevsky, an associate of Mr. Mikerin’s who has lived in the United States for over 25 years, also pleaded guilty. They are accused of laundering proceeds of TLI and Westerman Industry’s alleged bribes to Mr. Mikerin. Mr. Mikerin will be sentenced on December 8, 2015.

TENAM, TENEX and Rosatom have cooperated fully with US authorities throughout their investigation. TENEX also conducted its own independent investigation and did not find any other TENEX, TENAM or Rosatom-group employees or officials involved in this matter.
