First Defiance Financial Corp. Announces Election of Thomas A. Reineke to Its Board of Directors

DEFIANCE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- First Defiance Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: FDEF), the holding company for First Federal Bank of the Midwest and First Insurance Group, today announced that Thomas A. Reineke was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors during its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on April 19, filling the seat left vacant by the retirement of Peter A. Diehl. Currently, Reineke is President and CEO of Reineke Family Dealerships.
