Michael Wolfe joins Fifth Season as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, leading the company's communication efforts to help ensure that patient communities are aware of Fifth Season's services and processes. Prior to joining Fifth Season, Michael spent over two decades leading advertising sales and marketing efforts at some of the leading national magazine companies in the industry, including Conde Nast, Time Inc., Hearst, Wenner Media and Rodale. He most recently served as Publisher of National Sales at the Modern Luxury network of brands, and as Publisher of The Week. He earned a B.S. degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.

Larry Simms has been named Fifth Season's Managing Director, Institutional Business Development. Larry brings over 30 years of experience successfully establishing and growing relationships within the financial services and healthcare industries. Prior to joining FSF, he was head of business development at John W. Henry & Co. (a $300MM Commodity Trading Advisor). At LifeOptions, LLC, he established an extensive client network of insurance agents, brokers, attorneys and accountants in the emerging life settlement market. Working on Wall Street, Larry spent over 20 years in Institutional Equity Sales for firms including Salomon Smith Barney, UBS and Wells Fargo Securities. He received his B.S. degree from Fordham University and an MBA from New York University.

Dr. Jack Goldberg, MD serves as Fifth Season Financial's lead medical underwriter. Dr. Goldberg is a minority member of the General Partner and was formerly the Chief of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is a Board member of the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society of South Jersey and previously served on the Board of the American Cancer Society, New Jersey Division and as the Chairperson of the New Jersey Pain Initiative. Dr. Goldberg was awarded the Professor of Clinical Oncology and the Silver Chalice by the American Cancer Society. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his medical degree from the State University of New York's Upstate Medical Center.
