SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- (NASDAQ: MRVL) Marvell is pleased to report that the Federal Circuit has vacated the judgment in favor of Carnegie Mellon University, reducing the award by more than $1.25 billion and ordering a partial retrial on the location of sales of chips made and shipped abroad. The company is studying the specifics of the opinion carefully to determine its future options.
