Emergency Communications Network is major sponsor of University of Houston 'CodeRED' Hackathon

Emergency Communications Network (ECN), North America's largest provider of notification solutions, is a major sponsor of the University of Houston's 'CodeRED' hackathon, taking place April 3, 2015. More than 500 students are anticipated to compete and create new technology. It is the University System's first major hackathon.

Members of ECN's technology team will participate as onsite mentors and judge the technology developed as part of the competition. ECN is the trusted provider of CodeRED emergency and mass notification systems, and is sponsoring the event to help foster creativity and the development of new technology.
