Elephant Talk Communications Retains Dawson James Securities as Advisor to Evaluate Strategic Options for ValidSoft UK Ltd.

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Elephant Talk Communications Corp. (NYSE MKT: ETAK) ("Elephant Talk" or the "Company"), a global provider of Software Defined Network Architecture (ET Software DNA® 2.0) platforms and cyber security solutions, today announced that it has retained Dawson James Securities, Inc. as advisor to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors in connection with the previously announced plan to evaluate strategic alternatives designed to maximize stockholder value with respect to its wholly owned subsidiary, ValidSoft UK Ltd.

Formed in August of this year, the Special Committee consists of Board members Mr. Carl Stevens (Chairman of the Committee), Mr. Yves van Sante and Mr. Steven van der Velden, Elephant Talk's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. The Committee retained Dawson James to evaluate the current options and to conduct necessary due diligence on behalf of Elephant Talk.
