HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) plans to report its second quarter 2015 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, August 6 and will host a conference call and webcast at 9 a.m. ET/8 a.m. CT on Friday, August 7. The earnings release, presentation and management comments on the earnings presentation will be issued Thursday, August 6 after market close.
