DuPont Names Jeanmarie F. Desmond as Vice President and Controller

WILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DuPont (NYSE: DD) has named Jeanmarie F. Desmond as its vice president and controller, effective Aug. 17, succeeding Barry J. Niziolek who plans to retire in September following 34 years of service to the company.

Desmond, who joined DuPont in 1989, was most recently the general auditor and chief ethics and compliance leader. Previously, she spent her career in leadership roles in controllership, investor relations, tax, and financial planning and analysis.

Desmond earned a B.S. in Accounting from Mt. St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Md.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
