NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Friday, August 28, 2015 the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0415 per share of common stock, payable on September 30, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 10, 2015. The previous dividend declared in July was $0.0415 per share of common stock.
