(NYSE: LPG) (the "Company" or "Dorian LPG") a leading owner and manager of modern VLGCs (Very Large Gas Carriers), will issue a news release and its form 10-K on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 prior to the market open, announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.
