Delaware District Court Infringement Trial Against ZTE Concludes

WILMINGTON, Del., April 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterDigital, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDCC), a wireless research and development company, today announced that a jury verdict in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware found no infringement of one of the company's patents -- U.S. Patent Number 7,941,151 (the "'151 patent"). In an earlier trial in October 2014, a jury found that ZTE 3G and 3G/4G devices had infringed U.S. Patent Numbers 7,190,966 and 7,286,847 (collectively referred to as the "Power Ramp-Up Patents") and U.S. Patent Number 8,380,244. In that earlier trial, a mistrial was declared on the '151 patent when the judge determined that further construction of certain claim language was required, resulting in today's separate trial and verdict.
