DICK'S Sporting Goods Announces Grand Opening Celebration in Reno, NV

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- DICK'S Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), the largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, will be opening its third store in Nevada and 662nd store nationwide on Friday, October 7 at the Meadowood Mall in Reno, Nevada (5354 Meadowood Mall Circle).

DICK'S three-day Grand Opening celebration will run through Sunday, October 9. The store will open at 8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Sunday. 

On Friday, the first 100 people in line will receive a free Adidas Go-To Performance T-shirt. Adults who are in line at 7:45 a.m. on Friday will get a chance to open the DICK'S Sporting Goods Gift Locker. ‡‡

Former college & pro wide receiver Nate Burleson** will make an in-store appearance from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Saturday and Sunday giveaways include a free Mystery Gift Card for the first 100 adults in line. Adults who are in line at 7:45 a.m. on Saturday and 8:45 a.m. on Sunday will also get a chance to open the DICK'S Sporting Goods Gift Locker. ‡‡
