D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Poe Fratt Launches Research on Master Limited Partnerships

New Hire Continues Research, Energy Sector Expansion

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- D.A. Davidson & Co., an employee-owned, full-service investment firm based in the Northwest, today announced that new analyst Poe Fratt has initiated coverage on master limited partnerships. Fratt works from the firm’s Seattle office and reports directly to John Rogers, head of institutional research for D.A. Davidson.

Fratt joins D.A. Davidson with extensive experience covering the energy industry, both on the sell side and buy side. Prior to moving to the buy side in 2009, he was the Senior Oilfield Service Analyst at AG Edwards for nine years. He also worked at other major investment firms in New York, including BT Alex, Smith Barney, Loews, and Lehman Brother. Fratt holds a history degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School.

Fratt joins an award-winning team of 18 analysts offering coverage of 250 public companies, with a focus on several key sectors.
