He has been acclaimed to be one of the industry's leaders in software and information research, a technology visionary and world-renowned data mining expert which AT&T has labeled a Tech Icon and "Hero of the Digital Revolution."

David joins the CyberFlow advisory team which includes Dr. Mahmoud Daneshmand, who was also a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) at Bell Labs as well as AT&T Shannon Labs-Research; Technology Leader at AT&T Labs; Assistant Chief Scientist of AT&T Labs. Both David and Mahmoud are now on the faculty at the Stevens Institute of Technology. They share a common passion and expertise in Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT)/Sensor & RFID Data Streams Analytics, Data Mining Algorithms, Machine Learning, Probability & Stochastic Processes, and Statistics.

"As a researcher in Big Data and predictive analytics I know how these technologies will help identify anomalies inside organizations that indicate an active attack is happening. I was drawn to work with CyberFlow because of their team and solution," stated David Belanger. "CyberFlow is a pioneer and leader in using predictive analytics; has quickly established a presence in the security market; and is years ahead of other solutions. Other security vendors such as Cisco, in their latest security report published this week, are starting to talk about predictive analytics as a requirement. CyberFlow has developed an innovative and scalable approach to analytics that has the potential to lead the market in securing the enterprise and the Internet of Things. I am excited to help them continue their development and crusade to protect organizations from cyber-attacks."

David joins an established team of industry leaders at CyberFlow Analytics including Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi, former CIO/CTO of AT&T and also an AT&T Fellow. He has also been awarded the AT&T Science & Technology Medal and AT&T Significant Patent Award.

"We are proud to be building up a team of industry thought leaders, a security analytics think tank to help us lead the crusade against cyber criminals and nation states that are plaguing both enterprise and governments around the world," stated Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi, Chairman and CEO of CyberFlow. "Having David and Mahmoud partner with our CyberFlow technical leaders will drive a new level of innovation in Big Data Predictive Anomalytics, a convergence of behavioral analytics, intelligence and visualization for the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT). It is this type of unique approach that is required to transform the cyber security CISO to become more predictive and proactive, while at the same time maintaining the CIO focus on cost, capability and cycle time."

The CyberFlow Engineering Analytics team is lead by Dr. William Wright, a renowned dynamical systems visionary and CyberFlow's Chief Data Scientist. William previously served as Chief Scientist at PayPal and was responsible for predictive modeling. He has also served as Chief Scientist at RSA. Dr. Wright is an Artificial Intelligence Expert who has built numerous analytical and predictive systems over the past twenty years including the Falcon Credit Card Fraud Detection System at HNC the Advanced Fraud System at CyberSource and numerous adversarial modeling systems for the US military. He is widely acknowledged as one of the industry's foremost experts in building heuristic systems to detect financial fraud. Dr. Wright holds a Ph.D. in computer science and cognitive science and a M.A. in cognitive psychology from the University of California, San Diego. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in computer science at the University of Oregon. William has focused the innovation of CyberFlow predictive analytics on a unique combination of cognitive science and mathematics to detect high risk anomalies that are linked to cyber breach activity and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs).
