Coveris Names Randy Klingner as Program Director – CRM

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Coveris, a global leader in packaging and coatings solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Randy Klingner as Program Director – CRM. As a member of Coveris’ Commercial Excellence Team, Mr. Klingner will provide strategic and tactical leadership to deliver enabling processes and technology across Coveris globally.

Mr. Klingner will report to Chris Wrobel, Vice President of Global Strategy and Commercial Excellence and will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Initially, Mr. Klingner will be focused on the implementation of a CRM solution for Coveris. His long-term objective will be to drive tools and processes enabling the Coveris commercial and marketing team’s goal of profitable growth and innovation.

Previous to this role, Mr. Klingner was with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he served as an Advisory Manager – Management & Technology Consultant. In this role, he designed and delivered customer engagement strategies and helped build out enabling cloud technology platforms. Prior to PwC, Mr. Klingner spent many years at Hollister Incorporated, a global healthcare products manufacturer, where he developed and executed a global CRM program rollout and other commercial effectiveness tools used to drive customer strategies and gain market share.

Mr. Klingner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Loyola University.
