Dalsass, who will be part of the firm's Corporate Transactions and Business group, will be based in their Red Bank, New Jersey office. Both an attorney and a business consultant, Dalsass has solid expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, real estate, and litigation matters. In addition to his experience as an attorney, Dalsass has extensive personnel management experience and has launched, built and run highly profitable consulting practices and entrepreneurial ventures.

He started his career at Skadden Arps, where he learned the intricacies of corporate restructuring and subsequently moved on to leadership roles with two international consulting firms. His early career experiences provided the foundation for his hands-on working knowledge of the Chapter 11 restructuring process from both the legal and business perspectives.
