Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (CBSH) Releases Results of 2016 Dodd-Frank Act Company-Run Capital Stress Test

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Commerce Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBSH) announced the release of the results of its 2016 annual company-run capital stress test (“Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test” or “DFAST”). As a holding company with total consolidated assets of $10 billion or more, Commerce Bancshares is required to disclose the results of the severe adverse scenario of the DFAST annually beginning with the 2016 annual capital stress test.

Projections are based on internal models and conservative assumptions regarding a hypothetical severely adverse economic scenario provided by the Federal Reserve. The results cover the time period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2018.
