Claes Dahlbäck Will Not Stand for Re-Election to the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today announced that Claes Dahlbäck will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Dahlbäck has served on the firm’s Board of Directors since 2003. He will continue to serve on the board of Goldman Sachs International.
