Citi Appointed Successor Depositary Bank for Stora Enso’s ADR Programme
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Stora Enso Oyj (“Stora Enso”), a leading provider of renewable solutions in packaging, biomaterials, wood and paper, as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades on the US OTCQX marketplace under the symbol “SEOAY”. Stora Enso’s underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Stock Exchange under symbol “STERV”.
