Citi Appointed Depositary Bank for Cellectis’ ADR Programme

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Cellectis S.A. (“Cellectis”), a gene-editing company, as depositary bank for their Level 3 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme listed on Nasdaq Global Market, which trades under symbol “CLLS”. Each ordinary share is equivalent to 1 ADR. Cellectis’ ordinary shares are listed on Alternext Paris and trade under symbol “ALCLS”.
