Cicayda Names Haley Carpenter as Director of Managed Review Services

Carpenter will help clients with their review needs, which includes staffing large projects with experienced attorneys, establishing review protocol templates and managing review and quality control workflow. As head of this business unit, she will be responsible for spearheading its growth. She will continue to leverage and grow Cicayda's review center relationship with Cumberland Law School in Birmingham Alabama.
