Christie HS Series & Captiva Series – The Champions for 1DLP® laser phosphor projection

Visitors can experience stunning demonstrations of Christie's latest range of projectors featuring laser phosphor illumination – the Christie HS Series and Captiva Series – which are the ideal choice for corporate spaces, educational institutions, retail, entertainment venues and government facilities where long life, minimal maintenance and a low cost of operation are paramount.

Designed to maximize space and captivate audiences, the Christie Captiva Series ultra short throw projectors can create canvases of up to 120-inches diagonal in either landscape or portrait mode. These solid state lampless projectors can provide up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free and reliable operation while offering a suite of easy-to-use features, multiple mounting options and instant on/off, letting you focus on what's important – the content.

Delivered by Michael Bosworth, General Manager, Christie Australia (May 2, 10:40 a.m. session only), and Frank Anzures, Channel Development Manager, Christie Asia Pacific, the presentation will focus on technology trends, and how Christie's hardware and software solutions are the best tools to create immersive and spectacular experiences including artistic and architectural displays, and 3D projection mapping.

Christie Australia vies for two CeBIT Business Technology awards

Christie Australia is nominated for the Business Award for Community Support, and the Innovation Award. The ceremony will be held at Exhibition Hall 5, Southee Complex, Sydney Olympic Park on May 3 with the submissions based on the recent Christmas Gold Lotto City Hall Light Spectacular – a "son et lumière" show featuring projection mapped content onto the façade and clock tower of the Brisbane City Hall. The enchanting annual visual spectacle was planned and executed by Christie's Australian partner, The Electric Canvas, for the 2013-2015 Christmas seasons, and featured 16 Christie Roadster S+20K 3DLP® projectors. The event traffic to the city area during the festive period greatly enhanced the Christmas mood in Brisbane.
