PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 30, 2015

Do you find yourself wiping off the counter before placing your items on the conveyor belt at the grocery store? Perhaps, the surface is not as clean as it should be. Well, thanks to the creativity of two inventors from Cape Coral, Fla., you can now count on a clean counter every time.

They conceived of GREEN CLEAN in order to keep shopping conveyor belt surfaces clean and sanitized. As a result it helps reduce the spread of germs and disease. At the same time, it improves customer service by providing a heightened level of hygiene. What's more, it eliminates the need to manually clean the belt between customers. Since it saves time and effort, it actually improves the productivity of the cashiers working at the checkout counter. It is also convenient, effective and easy to operate and maintain. As an added bonus, it improves the appearance of checkout counter surface.

The inventors' personal experience inspired the idea. "We were concerned about bacteria and germs from food residue on the conveyor belt being transferred onto the items we were purchasing and wanted to find an easy way to keep the belt clean," one of them said.

The original design was submitted to the Raleigh office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
