Chairman of Freetech, Mr. Sze Wai Pan Was Invited to Attend the Seminar Held by the Counselor's Office of the State Council and Presented a Speech

The Counselors' Office is a consultative organization which is governed by the State Council as a think tank for the government's decision-making. The Counselors' Office is composed of well-known experts, scholars and public figures appointed by the Premier of the State Council to propose recommendation suggestions and implement the recommendations on the important drafts of state laws, regulations and documents.by carrying out research, investigations and discussions. On 5th May, 2015, Xinhua news agency had broadcasted the "Opinion on Accelerating the Ecological Civilization Construction" written by the National Development and Reform Commission and examined and approved by the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on 24th March, 2015. This symbolizes China's entirely deployment on ecological civilization construction. In connection with the Opinion, the members of the Counselors' Office, Feng Zhijun, Liu Yanhua, Zhu Weijiu, Ma Li and Xu Dingming have invited a number of leading experts to discuss the national affairs together.
