Catabasis Pharmaceuticals Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Catabasis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CATB) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share, before the underwriting discount, including 750,000 additional shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Catabasis. The shares began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on June 25, 2015.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Cowen and Company, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Wedbush PacGrow acted as co-managers for the offering.
