Caldwell Partners International Completes Stock Purchase

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (CWL.TO) ("Caldwell Partners") today announced that it has completed the previously announced purchase of 5.4% of the shares of Caldwell Partners from DHR International, Inc. The 1,145,600 shares were purchased at C$1.40 per share for an aggregate price of C$1,603,840. The shares are being cancelled, reducing the Company's outstanding shares from 21,275,155 to 20,129,555.
