(NASDAQ: CVBF) and its principal subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank (together, the “Company”), announced today that the Company plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2015 after the market closes on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time/10:30 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, January 21, 2016 to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year end 2015 financial results.
