EDGEWOOD, NY -- May 9, 2016 -- CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero�") (NYSE MKT: CVU) announced that it will issue its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2016 before the market opens on Tuesday, May 10.

CPI Aero's Chief Executive Officer Douglas McCrosson and Chief Financial Officer Vincent Palazzolo, will host a conference call and webcast to discuss its financial results that morning at 8:30 am Eastern Time.
