Q4 Release After Close of Trading June 29; Analysts Call Morning of June 30

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CHC Group Ltd. (NYSE: HELI), the parent company of CHC Helicopter, plans to issue its earnings release for the fiscal-year 2015 fourth quarter, which ended April 30, after market close on Monday, June 29.

The following day, Tuesday, June 30, the company will hold its quarterly earnings call at 8 a.m. (Eastern Time). The call also will be audio webcast at www.chc.ca/presentations.
