C.H. Robinson Gives Back to Philadelphia Metro Area

Employees to participate in fundraising efforts and donate to local charities

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- C.H. Robinson, a global leader in third party logistics (3PL), is hosting Robinson Cares events at its Philadelphia office in Voorhees, New Jersey, the second week of September. The goal of the community giving campaign is for employees to raise $1,200 for local and national charities.

Employees will be doing outreach in the community by:

• Donating items to and volunteering at the Voorhees Animal Orphanage
• Collecting and packing backpacks to deliver to the Department of Children and Families
• Visiting and collecting items for Camp No Worries, a camp for children with cancer

Internally to raise money, employees will be participating in a variety of events including a chili cook-off, spray tanning the general manager, and raffle. Donations from the events will be given to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, ASPCA, and the Fox Chase Cancer Center – three charities chosen by employees.
