Boyden’s Leadership Series Features Robeco’s Leni Boeren

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boyden, a global leader in executive search, today released a new issue of its Leadership Series, featuring an in-depth interview with Leni Boeren, Chief Operating Officer at Robeco, a Dutch asset management firm acquired by Japan’s ORIX in 2013.

In the new issue of the Boyden Leadership Series, Ms. Boeren discusses changes in the financial services industry, combating cybersecurity threats, why diversity extends beyond gender, senior executives as role models, and the impact of younger generations in the workplace.

The interview also includes a sidebar discussion with Joost Goudsmit, Managing Partner of Boyden Netherlands, and his view on today’s corporate leaders.

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Boeren has worked for two banks, a stock exchange and an asset manager. In addition to her role at Robeco, she serves on the boards of the Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association, Tata Steel Netherlands, NV Nuon Energy and Amsterdam Sinfonietta.

She holds an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
