Borderfree Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Exercise of Underwriters' Option to Purchase Additional Shares

NEW YORK, April 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Borderfree, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRDR) today announced it has closed its previously announced initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share, which included 750,000 shares purchased from the company upon the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares.

Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets, acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity, William Blair, and Needham & Company were co-managers for the offering.
