(NASDAQ: BIOC), a molecular diagnostics company commercializing and developing blood-based biomarkers to improve the detection and treatment of cancer, announces that Interim Chief Financial Officer Mark Foletta has received the CFO Lifetime Achievement Award from the San Diego Business Journal in recognition of his "deep and rich career guiding the financial success of multiple companies."

He currently serves as a director of AMN Healthcare, Dexcom and Regulus Therapeutics.
