B. Riley & Co. Promotes Perry Mandarino to Senior Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance

(NASDAQ: RILY) announced today that Perry Mandarino has been promoted to the newly created position of Senior Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance. In this position, Perry will be responsible for all investment banking, restructuring and general corporate finance activity at B. Riley & Co., the broker dealer arm of B. Riley Financial.
