"The Inn at the Mill" is the creation of published author, Lois Kulp, who was born in eastern Pennsylvania, has also lived in Germany and Vermont and is now living in Berks County on Crow Hill. The inn, the mill and "Post Yokel" are within easy reach of the home she shares with her sister. She has also authored a former book "The Maid on Crow Hill."

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Lois Kulp's new book takes the reader down a journey of truth as Caroline faces her fears. Will she overcome the powers trying to hold her back or will she succumb to a life she does not want?

Nineteen-year-old Caroline Graham, en route to a new home, decides to change her name in an attempt to dodge an unknown and unwanted guardian. During the journey, there is an accident in which she is rescued by the county sheriff. Working at the inn and trying to keep her false name a secret is especially difficult due to the handsome but efficient sheriff. When she finally is taken to her new home at the beautiful estate of Windblown, she at last encounters her guardian and her worst fears are realized.
