(Nasdaq: ASFI) (the "Company") announced today that it has received a letter from Nasdaq dated June 30, 2015 determining the Company is back in compliance with reporting requirements of Nasdaq. The Company has filed all of its outstanding Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") reports and is current upon filing the Report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2014 and the Reports on Form 10-Q for the first two quarterly periods of fiscal year 2015.
