Additionally, Apria offers a special employee referral program to expand the workforce with veterans and places a strong emphasis on veteran recruitment at job events nationwide. Members of Apria’s Talent Acquisition team participated in a national conference titled, “Welcome Home Soldier: Strategies for Hiring Veterans.” Apria currently employs 375 veterans and hopes to increase that number significantly in 2015.
