AppFolio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AppFolio, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPF) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,200,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, AppFolio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 930,000 shares of its Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on June 26, 2015 under the ticker symbol "APPF."
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
