Anne Noonan to Resign as Head of Chemtura's Industrial Engineered Products Business to Pursue Another Opportunity

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemtura Corporation (NYSE: CHMT) (Euronext Paris: CHMT) announced that effective Sept. 5, 2014, Anne Noonan will resign as Senior Vice President, Industrial Engineered Products, in order to pursue another opportunity. The Company has initiated a search to identify a highly qualified executive to lead the Industrial Engineered Products business. In the interim, the business will report directly to Craig A. Rogerson, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtura Corporation.
