Amyris Announces Early Success of Muck Daddy(TM), High-Performance Hand Cleaner -- With Initial Pre-Launch Product Shipments Surpassing 3,000 Units

(Nasdaq: AMRS), the industrial bioscience company, today announced the official launch of its Muck Daddy™ High Performance Hand Cleaner by teaming up with former Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher to celebrate the hard-working professionals who keep America's motors running. Muck Daddy has created and is hosting a first-of-its-kind Mechanic Appreciation Day in Chicago on July 26, 2015. Urlacher, an eight-time Pro Bowler and 13-year veteran player for the Bears before retiring at the end of the 2012 season, will join Muck Daddy in recognizing the hard work of mechanics at this special invitation-only event.
