Allied World Increases Quarterly Common Dividend by 15%

ZUG, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG (NYSE: AWH) today announced that at the Annual Shareholder Meeting held on April 30, 2015, its shareholders approved an annual dividend increase of 15%, from $0.90 per share to $1.04 per share. With this increase, the annual dividend to shareholders has increased over 50% in the last two years. The first of the four approved dividends is expected to be paid in July 2015.
