Aetna Better Health also will embed a community health worker in The Health Wagon to work with the new coordinator to serve Aetna Better Health members.

Aetna Better Health also will co-locate community health workers and case managers in the 650 housing units in 15 communities operated by VSH. Aetna Better Health employees will volunteer and collect kitchen, bedroom and cleaning supplies.
