7,000-Employee Vancouver-based Restaurant Chain Selects UltiPro to Unify Payroll, Simplify HR Processes

WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that Earls Kitchen + Bar, one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant groups, has selected UltiPro® to unify its U.S. and Canadian payroll, reduce the time managers spend completing administrative tasks, and improve its companywide reporting.

Earls is a family-run business founded in 1982 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with 66 locations across North America. Prior to UltiPro, Earls used multiple solutions for its employees in the United States and Canada. The restaurant chain sought to simplify its payroll processes, reduce time-consuming manual tasks, and support the company’s ongoing evolution and growth.
