"In America" program with James Earl Jones creating new segment on Medical Malpractice

The iconic American actor, and host of "In America" James Earl Jones, will be hosting a new segment on Medical Malpractice. This segment of "In America" will cover several aspects of medical malpractice in the health care field.

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, in 2014 thousands of medical malpractice suits were filed, roughly only 20% of them made it to court, and 50% were settled out of court, while the remaining 30% were tossed out. (Source: http://www.bjs.gov/index.cfm?ty=tp&tid=4511) This segment will help explain a lot of unanswered questions, and will tackle in-depth issues in the medical fields.
